Refund policy
To reign with intent is to move with purpose, every day. At SOVRE, we design pieces meant to become permanent fixtures in your wardrobe, considered, refined, and deliberate. To ensure the right fit before ordering, we strongly encourage all customers to carefully review the size chart available on every product page before placing an order.
As part of the SOVRE experience, all orders may be inspected before payment and delivery acceptance. This service is provided to ensure you are fully satisfied with your order at the time of receipt.
1. Delivery Inspection & Order Acceptance
Customers are allowed to inspect their order before accepting delivery from the courier.
By accepting the order and completing payment, you confirm that:
- The item was visually inspected upon delivery
- The order was received in satisfactory condition
- The correct item, size, and color were received
Because customers are given the opportunity to inspect their order prior to acceptance, SOVRE does not accept returns based on:
- Change of mind
- Fit preference
- Styling preference
- Color expectations
- Personal taste after delivery acceptance
If you are not satisfied during inspection, you may refuse the order directly with the courier and only pay the applicable shipping fees.
2. Return & Exchange Window
Eligible return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date through our returns portal:

Requests submitted after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
3. Eligible Return Reasons
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect not reasonably visible during delivery inspection
Returns requested for personal preference, fit dissatisfaction, or post-delivery styling decisions are not eligible.
4. Exchanges
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
An exchange processing fee of EGP 90 applies to all approved exchange requests.
We highly recommend trying on your item during delivery inspection before accepting the order, as exchange processing may take several business days depending on availability and logistics.
5. Returns & Refunds
Approved returns are subject to a non-refundable processing and shipping fee of EGP 180 deducted from the final refund amount.
Once your item is received and passes inspection, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, or the method selected during your request, within 5–7 business days.
Items that fail inspection will not qualify for a refund and may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
6. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
Any item showing signs of wear will be rejected upon inspection. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Makeup or deodorant marks
- Fabric odor or perfume scent
- Lint, stains, or dirt
- Stretching or excessive creasing inconsistent with a standard try-on
Rejected items will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items
We take pride in our quality control. However, if you notice any defect or damage during delivery inspection, the order must be refused immediately and photographed at the time of inspection.
If you believe you received a faulty item that could not reasonably be identified during inspection, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence.
Claims submitted without supporting photos may not be eligible for approval.
